This day has been everything I hoped for. Slept in, and I really mean slept in. We woke up at 12 which almost almost felt illegal but it was so so worth it. Therefor we only had one option - TO BRUNCH!
And what a brunch we created. We had:
- Banana waffles (6 waffles)
- 4 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl / 0,8 cup grated coconut
- 1,5 dl / 0,6 cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Loads of toppings:
- Vanilla quark
- Peanut butter
- Fresh granola from yesterday's breakfast, perfectly crispy
- Chia blueberry jam
- Smoothie with mango, spinach, banana, ginger, kiwi and a pinch of chlorella powder.
