Saturday brunch mode

This day has been everything I hoped for. Slept in, and I really mean slept in. We woke up at 12 which almost almost felt illegal but it was so so worth it. Therefor we only had one option - TO BRUNCH! 

And what a brunch we created. We had: 

  • Banana waffles (6 waffles)
    • 4 bananas
    • 4 eggs 
    • 2 dl / 0,8 cup grated coconut 
    • 1,5 dl / 0,6 cup almond flour 
    • Pinch of salt 
  • Loads of toppings: 
    • Vanilla quark 
    • Raspberries
    • Blueberries
    • Peanut butter
    • Apples
    • Oranges 
    • Fresh granola from yesterday's breakfast, perfectly crispy
    • Chia blueberry jam 
  • Smoothie with mango, spinach, banana, ginger, kiwi and a pinch of chlorella powder.
 Banana waffles with all the topping you can imagine; Oranges, peanut butter, granola, pears, raspberries, blueberries, vanilla quark, chia and blueberry jam.
