I love love love the taste of baked tomatoes. The heat brings out the sweetness of the tomatoes.
Time: 20 min
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200 C / 392 F.
- Toss the tomatoes in olive oil. Put the tomatoes in an oven proof dish and bake for 15 min until the tomatoes starts to "melt".
