Food For Flow - Food that are full of flavours, real, alive and nutritious
Move For Flow - Exercises that are strengthening, transboundary and relieving
Mood For Flow - Thoughts and attitudes that contribute to awareness, presence and positivity

It's time for me to answer that question properly. My Instagram account (foodforflow) has been active the last 3 years (to say the least) and now I thought it was time to also find a space to share even more.
I don't intend to paint a perfectly healthy world in here. I want to show my reality. That requires more words!
