This summer I fell in love with yoga. There's no better way of starting your morning or end your days.
I've used yoga studio a lot which I think has a very nice approach where you can take it step by step and decide based on your mood or how much time you have. It's nice to be guided by someone, but sometimes I just put on my own music and go with the flow. When I feel I just need the movements and not really the mental break I even do some flows in front of the TV.
Now when mornings get a little lighter I will get back to my morning routine again <3
